The Victorian Training Awards are an awards program that recognise and honour outstanding achievements and contributions to Victoria’s TAFE and training sector. Following a decline in the number of nominations submitted and gala attendee numbers of previous events. The department requested the development of a creative campaign to generate interest.
Adhering to government brand guidelines, I designed a suite of characters representing students, teachers, trainers, and training providers. Working alongside an animator, we placed each character in their respective environments and combined them into a final scene. The completed project was featured across multiple digital channels, effectively driving engagement for the awards program.
